DELIVERY POLICY
Any local order placed prior to 5 pm will be delivered next day. Delivery within Orlando is free. No minimum order is required.
For locations outside of Central Florida, orders must be placed prior to 1 pm for delivery the following day. Applicable shipping charges will apply unless other previous arrangements have been made with your Sales Representative.
Orders shipped via Freight LTL carrier may incur additional charges for liftgate and inside delivery. Applicable freight charges may apply.
ACE RETURN/REFUND POLICY
All items returned must be in their original packaging.All items must be returned within 20 days of placing your order.All returned items must be in saleable condition.Any damage that occurs during shipping must be documented at time of receipt.Any hidden damage found after receiving order must be reported to Ace within 72 hours after receipt of goods.Ace will pay for the return freight and freight for replacement items when we have made an error or sent defective items.The receiver will be responsible for the return freight and freight for the replacement items when they have ordered an item in error, no longer need the item, or over order the item.Credits issued on orders that are placed with a credit card, will be credited back to the same credit card.PROCEDURE TO BE FOLLOWED FOR RETURNS
Call Ace Office Supplies and explain the reason for return. Ace will then issue or give a return authorization number. For defective items or items shipped in error, Ace will issue a call tag to pick up the items. The items will need to be ready for pick-up in their original packaging with the R.A. number clearly written on the outside of the box. A copy of the purchase order or Ace invoice that was used in the original order should be sent inside the package. This will facilitate quick and proper credit or replacement of the item to the proper account.If the items are returned due to an error on thepart of the customer, the customer will be expected to ship it back with a copy of the purchase order or invoice at their expense and also pay for the shipping charges of the replacement item.
